Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Queen's Vaults
Micro-pub in a former local newspaper office, but apparently also a pub until 1908. Anyway, it's a comfortable little place, with some lounge-like furniture in parts, some more traditional seating plus a few pavement tables out during daylight hours. There are also signs for more seating upstairs (not visited). With all three handpumps in use, Elgood's Cambridge Bitter, Haze of Thunder from Brew York and the more local Aldwark Arrow Amber (£3.50) being the available real ales.
